I just received the following information and thought I would pass it on:

•   Sales have spiked as 20+ contracts on Lots have been secured since Nov 15
•   Over $50 Million in Home site Sales since campaign began in Nov. 2008 (during credit crunch)
•   $30 Million in Closed sales on Home sites
•   7 of the 14 Mega Yacht Marina berths reserved ($10.5 Million in Sales)
•   4 of 4 Beach front Bungalows reserved ($6 million in sales)
•   3 of the 10 Hillside Bungalows reserved ( $3 Million in sales)
•   Phenomenal success and conclusion of Founders Program with over 50 sales
•   Fazio Golf Course construction still ongoing (completion by 12/2011)
•   Marina excavation commenced on January 20, 2010
•   Infrastructure construction in Sandy Bank Bay ongoing and will be delivered by June 1, 2010

Seems there are still some folks out there with pots of money and/or an unbridled love for SKN development. Cheers, Richard.

There is actually some kind of structure being built at Sand Bank as we speak, I saw them running blocks last week. They've also been doing some planting over there too.
