I checked out the new Rituals Coffee House.  This place is going to be a great addition to St. Kitts. They serve all kinds of coffee drinks, chai tea, smoothies, Chillers as well as bagel sandwiches, Paninis, Flatinis, Wraps, burgers, hot sandwiches Gyros, pastas, salads and in a few weeks they will have omelettes, pancakes and full breakfasts. The prices are very reasonable.  They also have a large selection of muffins, croissants and the most decadent cakes.  I'm going to try hard to stay away as much as possible, but it is right next door to Island Paradise and it will be very easy to go there for breakfast or lunch.  Everything on the menu is available for take out   A couple of examples - bagel, egg, cheese & bacon - $15EC,  Bacon, Turkey & Cheese panini - $22EC,  all wrap sandwiches are $16EC, and pasta dishes are salmon pasta $40EC, pasta Carbonara or Puttanasca $35EC and more.  My favorite is Gorganzola salad with apples, tomatoes and bacon for $30EC.

Oh Paula it does sound yummy.  Your best route to get there (since it is right next door) would be to go to the roundabout, up Timothy Hill, back down Timothy Hill and then stop there on your way home (after exercising) - at least that way you have a chance of breaking even  Roll Eyes

Yes, Paula, you were telling me last time we were in SK how long your morning walk was. I was sooo impressed. Definitely ok to have a muffin after that! I'm looking forward to trying the Chai, love that stuff. What are the opening times please?

They open at 7am and I'm not sure what time they close, but I drove by a little after 9pm last night and the place was packed inside and all the tables on the patio were full.  After my walk this morning, Bernie and I went for breakfast.  I had a western wrap (scambled eggs, onion, tomato, sweet peppers musrooms and shredded cheese) on a sundried tomato wrap. Yummy.

Javin and I stopped by Rituals after work yesterday.  We tried a variety of the menu items.  I got a magno madness smoothie, he had the chocolate mint chiller with whipped cream and caramel.  We each got a muffin (Banana Nut & Apple Walnut).  Then we ordered a Philly Hot Sandwich, and a Pasta Carbonara.  Total price $105 EC.  The muffins and drinks were great.  The philly sandwich was $27 EC and I'd call it small, but it was tasty, although it seemed to be missing something.  The Pasta Carbonara was $40 EC there was plenty of sauce for like a pound of pasta, but there wasn't much pasta at all.  It was tasty, don't get me wrong, but for the price I think there should have been much more pasta, especially since there was ample bacon and sauce to cover it and the pasta is the cheapest part of the meal.

However, the place was great and YES I took pictures, I just need to download them and then add them here.  It is very cool in design and I know I'll hang out there with my laptop and a nice cold smoothie!!

Overall well done....  I give it three thumbs one and a half of mine and one and a half of Javin's  Grin

Wow, if I'm missing for a while and you can't find me on my next trip down -- check here -- I think I'll be in one of those comfy looking leather chairs.

I'm told that it does have WiFi, and I'll have to check it out for myself one of these fine days.

Went to Rituals yesterday afternoon for lunch.  Order a gyro which was delicious and similar to what I've had back home.  Staff were friendly and surroundings very impressive.  Couldn't believe I was in St. Kitts! LOL

My friend ordered a hamburger but they were out of buns at 2 PM on a Saturday afternoon.  Roll Eyes  Needless to say me friend was a tad vexed. Went to Shipwreck's for the burger.  Staff at Shipwreck's say it's hard to get hamburger buns on the island.

Had lunch at Rituals with my parents last weekend.  Dad and I got burgers they were just OK.  Mom had a wrap of some kind.  I really loved the Lemon Cooler Smoothie - but i'm still not overly impressed with the food there... but the smoothies keep Javin and I returning!  Smiley
