Villa Rental for Spring Break

Hi All-
I am brand new to the forum and looking forward to my first trip to St. Kitts.  Several of the villas that have been recommended here do not appear to be available during our late March stay.  I am looking at a villa in Calypso Bay or Ariel House.  Anyone stayed there or have comments.  I am really enjoying reading all of the posts!

My sister owns a villa at Calypso Bay.  The units are beautiful and most have a breathtaking view of Nevis.  

I used to be the property manager for Ariel Heights.  They have recently completed renovations.  Beautiful view overlooking the Marriott and a short drive to the beach.
